There will be two types of municipal housing available for the application. One type of housing is for parents and children (adults) to live in separate households of the same ward. The other type of housing is for parents who have children of elementary school age or younger.

To respond to the needs of households who have children of elementary school age or younger, and for families who wish to move in the municipal housing by the new fiscal year (from April), the applications will also be accepted in November. Originally the housing application process was available twice a year on February and July. But now it will be available three times a year.

・Your application process will be based on annual income, residential address and the relationship between family members.

Municipal Housing applications will be available for distribution from November 5th (Thu) to November 12th (Thu) at the Housing Information Plaza, Housing Management Centers, Osaka City Service Counters (Umeda, Namba and Tennoji) and your local ward office.

Note: Applications may not be available during Saturday and Sunday of the week of November 5th in the places mentioned above. The Housing Information Plaza will be able to distribute the application forms on Saturday and Sunday but not on Tuesday (closure of building). The Osaka City Service Counters will distribute application forms on any day except for November 7th (Sat).
