As of March 18, 2011, the Osaka City Government has set up a special information and consultation counter within city hall to assist persons affected by the Tohoku Earthquake on matters concerning housing, schools, welfare support and more.
If language support is required, the Osaka International House Foundation can provide interpreting assistance by telephone.
